THE RENOVATED TORIUM IS INCREASING ITS NUMBER OF VISITORS AND REVENUES.

Torium Shopping Mall, which underwent a renovation process in 2023, is garnering praise with its new look and brands. With each passing day, Torium, which is increasing its number of visitors, has seen its success reflected in its revenues as well. Compared to the previous year, Torium increased its rental income by 113.8% and its net operating income by 130.65%.

Having undergone a comprehensive renovation process in 2023, Torium is winning over its visitors with its refreshed appearance and new brands. At Torium, where the facade design and entrance facing the E5 highway were renewed, terrace areas were expanded, and visibility on store fronts within the mall was increased.

At the renovated main entrance of Torium, 5 new terrace restaurants and cafe areas were created and leased out. Danillo’s Pizza, Gloria Jeans Cafe, and Kahve Dünyası have taken their place in this area.

The main entrance on the E5 side was relocated closer to the metrobus stop and pedestrian entrance, making it easier and more comfortable for visitors to access the mall. The Karaca Container store opened at this new entrance point, creating a new attraction for Torium with its rich collection and product variety. The world-famous Danish home decor store JSYK opened its first store in Turkey at Torium, standing out as a store that attracts visitors from different locations in Istanbul.

 

Some store fronts on the market floors were highlighted to increase visibility. Cafe, accessory, and cosmetics stands of brands such as Cinnebon, Krispy Kreme, So Good, Broker’s Coffee, and Flormar were placed in the spacious atrium areas, increasing synergy towards the mall's store mix.

Turkey's first and only snow entertainment center, Snowpark, which offers real snow fun all year round, has been renovated to further enhance its service quality. Snowpark,  which received great interest from domestic and foreign visitors, closed the past year with record visitor numbers.

 

In the last year, approximately 8,000 square meters of new store leases were made, with famous brands such as Skechers, Karaca Container, Rossmann, Danilo’s Pizza, Gloria Jeans, and renowned brands like JSYK finding their place in Torium.

 

With its renewed look and brands, Torium has increased its number of visitors to over 10 million annually. Torium recorded a 106.46% increase in mall revenues and a 113.8% increase in rental income compared to the previous year, while its net operating income increased by 130.65%.
